INEQUALITY & DIVERSITY: REFLECTING ON INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIETIES
The 45th ANPAD Meeting – EnANPAD 2021 was held 100% online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meeting presents the traditional organization of 11 academic divisions gathering themes in administration and similar areas. You are invited to browse through the program, meet our international guests, and enjoy the panels.
The meeting activities address the general theme “INEQUALITY & DIVERSITY: REFLECTING ON INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIETIES.” Check out the highlights ANPAD’s board of directors pointed out and new awards for the best research presented at the meeting.
This year, the meeting’s traditional program will be preceded by professional development workshops (PDWs), which will take place from September 29 to October 1, coordinated by Professor Sandro Cabral. The PDWs consist of events addressing cross-cutting topics targeting different audiences. Roundtables on placement and the doctoral consortium (which have occurred since 2003 and will take place as one of the pre-event activities) will be helpful, particularly to PhD students. Workshops on methodology will serve both students and the faculty. Roundtables on trends regarding the evaluation of graduate programs, accreditation processes, and the synergies between graduate and undergraduate programs will gather program coordinators and professors working in graduate programs. Finally, editors and researchers will discuss issues related to the development of journals in the field.
We invited you all to participate in EnANPAD 2021, the largest scientific event in the administration field in Brazil.
