The XI EnEO (ANPAD Organizational Studies Conference) - EnEO 2022 was held on May 26 and 27, 2022, online, promoted by ANPAD - Brazilian Academy of Management under the responsibility of the academic division EOR – Organizational Studies. The theme of the event will be “Organizational Studies, Democracy, and Social Participation."
EnEO is a space to discuss scientific topics within the scope of the division. This call for papers is an invitation to researchers and professors from any institutions in Brazil and abroad. The purpose of the event is to encourage the development of the area of organizational studies, considering the different subsystems and dimensions of analysis, preferably observing the division’s interest groups.
