The 8th ANPAD Conference on Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations (EnGPR) was held in the city of São Paulo, from May 16th to 18th, 2023. It was promoted by the Brazilian Academy of Management (ANPAD) and sponsored by the Human Resources and Labor Relations (GPR) Academic Division and Interest Groups.
EnGPR is a space to discuss scientific topics within the scope of the division. This call for papers is an invitation to researchers and professors from any institutions in Brazil and abroad. The purpose of the event is to encourage the development of the area of strategic management studies, considering the different subsystems and dimensions of analysis, preferably observing the academic division’s interest groups.
