ANPAD would like to inform that the conferences' registration fees have been readjusted in accordance with the current policy for updating prices and values, in line with the dynamics of the national market. This adjustment is essential to guarantee ANPAD's financial sustainability, ensuring the quality and continuity of our conferences.

Notes:
- For non-associate students, the fee is R$595.00 and for non-associate professors and professionals, it is R$1,189.00.
- Associate professors are individual ANPAD associates with a valid membership or PPG members with an up-to-date membership.
- Retired academics must prove they are retired by submitting any proof that they have already retired, eg. a document from the INSS or another public agency that guarantees the benefit.
- Associate students are individual ANPAD associates with a valid membership or PPG members with an up-to-date membership.
- We suggest that to enjoy the membership discount, if the PPG is not a member or is not up to date with the membership, register as an individual member (as a professor or student, depending on your current status).
- Theme leaders are all current 2025-2027 triennium theme leaders from the APB division.
- The first author of works approved in more than one divisional event in 2024 (EnEO, EnAPG e SIMPOI) will be able to present their paper by paying the full registration fee for one event and the additional fee of R$ 119.00 for each registration in the other events to which the article is accepted. In this context, the author will have the right to receive a certificate of participation in the events to which he is registered, as well as the works presented.
- Others that are interested in participating in more than one divisional event must register separately for each event.
Canceling the registration
If you wish to cancel your registration, please follow the steps bellow:
a) Send a written request to the e-mail eventos@anpad.org.br by June 04th, 2025.
b) 80% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
c) Refunds will be made, via bank transfer, within 45 days after the deadline for cancellation requests.
d) Participants with approved paper(s) will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, even if other authors have already registered for the event.
