Internet Speed

The minimum speed required is 2.5 Mbps/s. It is possible to access the platform with lower internet speed, but you may experience poor audio and video quality and connection loss. Use the link below to check your internet speed.

Best practices:

• Use headphones
• Keep the microphone off when not speaking
• Find a bright and quiet place, avoiding noise (TV, open windows, app notification)
• If you wear glasses, be careful with direct lighting to avoid reflection on the lenses

On the cellphone

• Use appropriate support to keep the phone in a horizontal position
• Switch on the airplane mode and activate WiFi. Select the option "do not disturb"
• ATTENTION: Phone screen sharing is not allowed

On the computer

• If possible, use a wired network
• Be as close as possible to the source of the WiFi signal (modem)
• Do not leave too many tabs open
