PTT Presentation Guidelines

  1. presentation time:
Each presentation will have a maximum time of 5 minutes. It is essential to respect this limit to ensure the smooth running of the event.
  2. Presentation style:
The style should be “pitch” style, i.e. focused, direct and convincing. Use this time to highlight the main and most relevant points of your report.
  3. Use PPT:
You can use a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) to support your speech. Make sure the slides are clear and concise. The PPT should be carried on a USB stick.
  4. Suggested Pitch Structure:
Introduction. Introduce yourself briefly and present the problem situation and/or opportunity for improvement related to PTT.
Development. Briefly explain the PTT development process and detail the 4 evaluation criteria:
o Innovation. Intensity of the use of knowledge in the creation and development of the PTT
o Complexity. Degree of interaction between the actors, relationships and knowledge required to develop the PTT.
o Applicability. The ease with which the TTP can be used to achieve its specific objectives.
o Impact. Transformation, potential and/or realized, caused by the PTT in the environment for which it is intended.
Conclusion: End with a strong conclusion and, if applicable, mention the next steps in the development of the PTT.
  5. Preparation and Practice:
Rehearse your presentation several times to ensure that you manage to convey all the information within the allotted time.
