The 9th ANPAD Management Information Systems Conference – EnATI 2026 will be held in the city of São Paulo, from June 9th to 11th, 2026. It will be promoted by ANPAD - Brazilian Academy of Management under the responsibility of the academic division ATI - Management Information Systems.
This edition central theme is Information Technology: Far Beyond Artificial Intelligence
The theme of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has dominated debates in communities dealing with Information Technology and Systems, both academic and market-oriented. At this ANPAD Management Information Systems Conference (EnATI), we propose discussing applications of emerging technologies that go beyond AI, as well as topics focused on evaluating the concrete results of applying these technologies at the individual, organizational, and societal levels, considering major contemporary challenges, such as those advocated by the 2030 Agenda. Research that brings innovative and critical approaches to the use and implications of AI is also encouraged. We emphasize that the ANPAD’s Management Information Systems (ATI) academic division is inclusive; topics related to technology and information systems in other areas of Management, as well as interdisciplinary research, are always welcome.
